working principle of GZQ Fluid Bed Dryer 
the material enters the machine from the feed inlet. Under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed and moves forward continuously. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed upward to exchange heat with the wet material. After the wet air is removed by the cyclone separator, the exhaust air is 1:3 discharged. The dry material is discharged from the discharge inlet.

Adaptive materials
 it is suitable for drying and cooling of powdery and granular materials in the chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, dehydrated vegetable industry, grain industry, and mineral industry. Such as: citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, lol, silk, soybean meal, distiller grains, seeds, slag, sugar, etc.

Uniform fluidization, no dead space and blow through phenomenon, can obtain uniform drying and cooling products.
It has good adjustability and wide application range. The thickness of the material layer, moving speed in the machine and the change of full amplitude can be adjusted steplessly.

Fully enclosed structure can effectively prevent cross infection between materials and air, and a clean working environment.
