The bulk solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder. The filtered clean air is heated and sent by the blower to the bottom of the fluidized bed and contacted with the solid material through the distribution plate to form a fluid-solid heat-mass exchange. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port. The exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed and discharged by the cyclone dust collector and the bag filter to recover the solid powder.

Working Principle
Clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate. The wet material entering the feeder is boiled by hot air. Due to the extensive contact of hot air with the material, the process of heat and mass transfer is enhanced, so it can be dried in a short time. If the continuous type is adopted, the material enters from one end of the bed and is boiled and dried after tens of seconds to several minutes, and flows out from the other end of the bed automatically. This equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.
Adapt to materials

Applicable material particle size is generally 0.1 ~ 6mm, the optimal particle size is 0.5 ~ 3mm.
